5 AM. That is the time we woke up to join the queue. So if you don't know how the Wimbledon queue works, basically
you get a number when you get there and not everyone can get in. The arlier you get there, the earlier you get in and the higher chance of
actually getting in. Waking up at 5 am, we were expecting to be in pretty good shape to get in, BUT not the case. We got a number in the 9000s LOL soooo that meant
several hours sitting on the lawn outside to get in. So what did me and my brother do? We left my parents to wait on the line while we went back to the hotel for a nap.
We made it back in time to get in sooooo lets talk about that now
What a cool experience. We were obviously in the outside courts not the main and we were so close to the players and the matches. We had a gerat view of all the games we got to see.
We floated around and got to see several matches. The highlight for me was the last mens singles game. It was such a back and forth game and really so entertaining.
Now of course we did get the WIMBLEDON STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM. Pretty good but be prepared to pay a little much. Lastly we made our way to the store o the way out. AGAIN, pricey but worth getting something for the memory of course. I got a t shirt and strawberry keychain.
This was an experience of a lifetime, super grateful and loved the whole day!!
