Guide to crush finals week

Heyyyyy!!! So we are all super stressed this week heading into finals. It’s normal and I’m sure you are more prepared than you think. Here’s what I do to help me stay motivated.

I find that doing the little things before studying helps me feel productive and more motivated.

Wake up:

-first thing is drink some water, eat a small pre workout breakfast and then get my movement in. I’ve been walking a lot recently, and some days I will lift or run.

-get back , shower then eat and lock in for 2 hours

-study break motivation. Leave wherever I am studying to get a coffee or watch some Netflix. Then I can lock back in again after.

I’ve also been stretching and journaling it’s a great way to relax and think about other things to give your mind a break.
